Issue Help: Content Patcher is not loading, even thought all the files work and there are no errors

I'm trying to add Npc to Stardew. It's not fully finished but I want to test it out and I can seem to have the Npc appear. The log only says the changes weren't applied but I can't find out why, can anyone help?
