Solved [Help] COMMUNITY BOARD NOT WORKING

I am on year 3 in game and still have not gotten the community board. I thought that maybe I hadn't been in town on those day but when I tried during year three I didn't get the cut scene and it did show up the next day

That's because that feature isn't available on Android yet. Last I heard is the update is hopefully being released this year.
