Issue [Help] Can't place buildings and can't donate to the museum

When I go to buy a coop and place it I cannot move the building around at all. Sometimes it even scrolls down to the bottom of the farm on its own. I'm also unable to select artifacts in the museum, when I use the keys it just moves really fast across. I have no idea what the cause is.
