Solved Help! Can't install mods!

I keep looking for where my game is installed so I can put the mods in it but I can't find it! I'm using steam...

Thank you! I love the cheat mod I downloaded. I only cheat on video games after I've beaten them once... I wonder if it's odd I refuse to cheat on my first play through? I love having this laptop and I just bought it to use mods on Stardew Valley after I beat the game on both my PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Yes I own Stardew Valley for all three systems. I also have it on android.

Not odd at all, many people that are interested in mods like to play their first save without any to get the experience of just the game, and then start modding on a second save.
