Xbox Help can't get snake fósil spine/vertebrae

When I was on ginger island on the side west the artifact spawns are practically inexistent, it's a bug from the version of xbox? Or I need to do something?

I think that's the one that takes the longest time for most players. I recommend not having crops in the island and going there every morning. If you have an artifact spot that doesn't yield the fossil, restart the day and check back the next morning. Most of the spots carry over and there is something new under them every day.

But they seem to have a rather low spawn rate, it took me a couple of seasons to find them.

That's a slow grind, indeed. There are a few things you can find there, and because there is, your chances of finding the spine are reduced. I clear all debris from the island farm, keep it cleared, and don't plan anything until after I have found both snake vertebrae needed. This maximizes the tiles where artifact spots can spawn, maximizing your chances of finding one.
