My name is Syd! I am a Midwest SAH mom, wife, and dog owner. I'm relatively new to Stardew - about 65 hours total played in the last year and a half. I've played 40/65 hours in the last 4 months since my daughter was born and am currently in mid winter of year 1, working towards fixing the community center. I enjoy playing while wearing my new baby in a wrap while she naps. I play really casually, but my competitive nature sometimes takes over and I have to remind myself that I'm here to relax. I do a mixture of figuring some things out on my own and looking through this site for answers and guidance. I thought it was time I joined the community myself! Eventually, I think it would be fun to play a coop game with a few other people. I'm very laid back and not worried about spoilers. I'm excited to see what my future in Stardew Valley holds!

The few months I've had with her are flying by! I hope you enjoy your years with your daughter..she's almost grown up!

I sometimes have to do the same. There is such a long list of goals in the first year that it's sometimes hard to not try to complete them as efficiently as possible.
