Issue Have not received ‘Parsnip Soup’ recipe in the mail from Caroline, I have 10 hearts with her.

I have been playing a co-op save with mods with my boyfriend, and neither of us have received the ‘Parsnip Soup’ recipe from Caroline in the mail. Both my boyfriend and I have more than 3 hearts with her, but don’t have the recipe. I’m not sure if this issue is because of the mods we are using, but I’m not sure how to receive this recipe and the Trash Bear is demanding it lol.
