Have ingredients for maki roll but cannot make?

I have the maki roll recipe and want to make it with my cookout kit but i am not able to make the recipe?

Need it for community center!

Did you activate the cookout kit? So you see a little campfire with a pot on the ground? You have to do that first and then interact with it like a stove. I've made three dishes back to back on one for CC when I didn't have the house upgraded yet. It allowed me to make Maki Roll, so what you're trying to do is definitely possible.

If I’m not mistaken the cookout kit doesn’t allow you to cook all of the dishes, only some.

So you have rice, seaweed and fish as it says? When you have the ingredients it shows up in full color on the menu not light or grey.

And the rice has to be bought at Pierre’s or milled at home. It cannot be unmilled rice straight from your crop fields.
