I play the mobile version without mods and don't have this issue, perhaps try disabling your mods and see if the problem revolves? If yes, then you've narrowed the problem down to a mod. You could then try re-enabling one mod at a time until you figure out which one is the problem.

It is unclear exactly which floor mod you are referring to since there are several with flower in the name. Have you checked the mod compatibility list and updated your mods to the latest version?
