Grandpa's shed

I have the farm where you get Grandpa's shed. The building to the east of the farm? I can click on the door like I am entering it and then it freezes on the loading screen. How do I unlock this? Is there a quest or something that has to be done first?

What mod is this map from? I don't know anything about SDV mods but this info might help someone else answer your question.
