Issue Grandpa´s Farm mod won't load

Hi, I´m total new at moding a game so my question might sound stupid. I want to install the Grandpa´s Farm mod and also downloaded all (I think) files I need for it. I´m playing on a MacBook with macOS 14.3.1.
Smapi log looks like this:

[SMAPI] - Grandpa's Farm 1.14.19 because it requires mods which aren't installed (FlashShifter.StardewValleyExpandedCP).
[SMAPI] - Shop Tile Framework 1.0.9 because it requires mods which aren't installed (Cherry.ExpandedPreconditionsUtility).
[SMAPI] Changed save serializer

So I think I understand I need to install to more mods, but I can´t find them. Maybe one of you knows and could send me a link?

There is also written this and I don´t understand what it means.

I have successfully installed other mods so I can't think of another error I´ve made.
