Issue Grandfather Shrine not updating Y3 on ipad

iPad 13 pro that is updated. Believe using latest version of SDV. I have put THREE diamonds on the GF shrine only to get same result. The shrine acknowledges the placement, and there is the message from GF at night. Receive money (nice to get that three times at least). HOWEVER, the shrine remains with only two candles lit, and it will just keep allowing me to place the diamond with same repeat. Irritating. Not sure but seems like the third candle should light and that there should be some benefit(?).

You need to reach a certain number of in game points for thing like skill levels, money earned, friendships, house upgrades etc to get the 4 candles. Putting in diamonds won't help until you have enough points accumulated. The wiki can show you how many points you need and how many you get for each milestone.
