Solved Gourmet achievement won’t pop even with reloading [Xbox]

Gourmet achievement won’t pop, I have all recipes cooked and have managed to do all other achievements on this save (except Joja mart, good neighbours and perfection) and I’ve tried reloading my save and it still won’t register

The upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6.16 rewrites the achievement/trophy code to work much more reliably (especially on PS/Xbox). In particular:

• Every achievement will have a way to re-trigger it.
• Re-triggering an achievement will now re-send the trophy ID, up to once per day. That will also work for any previous achievement/trophy which failed to unlock.
• If needed, a new diagnostic command lets us check each achievement's unlock conditions and your progress towards them.
