Android Google Play Store Processing/Authenticating Error

Hello, good evening (it's evening here). I would like to get help on my current Google Play transaction GPA.3327-2678-5228-73344 . I have reached google and they say to ask the developer to authenticate the transaction. I don't get it honestly, sounds very weird to me, but here i am. i just want to play, please help. Attached are error message and my transaction proof, the payment was successful and my money was paid. Thanks

Hi there, I recommend reaching out to one of the contact emails to report this matter. In general, some people get errors like that for whatever reason when buying the game from the Play Store, and they just have to wait a few hours to install the game.
