Golden Walnuts please help

I have 2 golden walnuts left to find and the parrot says "hidden in the pages of the journal" I've checked and double checked ALL the spots the journal scraps mention and I've already found them all? Could it be fishing? It's the last thing I have to do to perfect my game and I'm at a loss 🥲

Journal scrap #3 mension a nut in a tree, but has no pic. To right of the vulcano there is a tree that overhangs the cliff. stand south of this tree and shoot a slingshot northwards.

If so the parrot will hint you to the last walnut once you have collected this one.
