Gnomes are often placed in gardens as an accessories, so why not have them in Stardew?

They could also have perks...
  1. When near crops chance for high quality crops.
  2. When in your inventory increase luck on drops. (in mines)
  3. When near a fishing location, increase fish luck.
There are plenty of possibilities, seeing them in the game would be awesome. Thoughts?

That might be cool but I think that if that ever happened I would enjoy seeing a few different patterns and colors. If it was placed near water, maybe having it hold a little fishing pole and bucket.

That would be so adorable and awesome! Also I love that my brain instantly thought of Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes and was like "And if they get struck by lightening or if you use fertilizer on them or something they turn into a hostile mob" or something like that.
