Windows (GLITCH) Stuck in a wall after doing Leah's 6 Heart I event.

the title kinda says it all. i am playing on the latest version of the game via steam with no mods installed. i went to Leah's house and gifted her a blackberry which sent her up hearts and went back to my farm (the short way not cutting through pelican town), the event started, and when the cutscene ended i was stuck in the right cliff wall by the south exit of the farm.

ive seen other posts about this but they were on a horse while it happened. i am on foot as i dont even have a stable yet kekw
