Issue GH's Peach Body Type not working?

I seem to be having issues with getting the custom bodies to load onto my character. There are no SMAPI errors, and the mod config menu seems to be working, but no matter which body type i select my character stays default. The skin tones that came with the pack are loading just fine. I cannot find for the life of me why this isn't working :( all mods are currently up to date

I'm having an issue with specifically the bath outfit. Because the body mod itself allows different bath outfits, I can select any of them with zero issues, and I can see them being applied, but the vanilla swimsuit layers on top of it. So it looks like the character is wearing a bathing suit on top of a dress. If anyone has a solution that doesn't mess with anything else too much, it'd be greatly appreciated! ^_^
