Unfortunately it doesn't look like they've been back on the forums since they posted this. One site you can use to find servers for the game is https://disboard.org/, which may have a listing for a German server. If you're alright with an English based server, the main Stardew server is at https://discord.gg/stardewvalley.

And just a reminder for next time that we do ask messages be posted in English for moderation purposes.
