Solved George dialogue option switched [Switch]

I triggered the cutscene where George is meeting with Harvey. I restarted the whole day because I thought I pressed the wrong option. When I got there again I was careful to press “George knows whats best for his body” but again Harvey thanked me and George was disappointed. I am on the switch so I screen recorded the last 30 seconds and have proof I pressed what I wanted but it triggered the opposite.

I have English switch ver. 1.6.15.3
