Issue Game wont open at all, shows loading bar then nothing on windows after the newest update,

updated smapi and mods but my game is just refusing to open in anything but compatibility mode, cant even find the reason why as there are no crash logs any help would be massively appreciated but I feel very inept. I've reset my files, run as administrator etc. Im on windows for anyone with the same problems
