Windows 11, have two monitors [built in monitor with laptop, second monitor from Gaomon Drawing Tablet], not sure my specs but it can run without this issue.
When using Stardew Valley in maximized window on my built in monitor, the game window shakes. It works if I disconnect my tablet or if I use it on my second monitor. However, due to my setup, it's uncomfortable and causes neck pain. I have tried changing the positions in my display settings. I found my built-in monitor to the right of the tablet monitor causes the least amount of shaking, but its still a bit.
This only happens in maximized window, and any other mode does not have this issue
