Game Transfer iOS to iOS

Hi all, seeking for help. I was trying to transfer my game from my old iOS to my new one, I tried transferring using iCloud but it still doesn’t work. Or maybe I’m doing it wrong. Can someone please send help? I need to visit my farm, Sebby must be feeling lonely.

If you have access to a PC you can transfer to a PC, then transfer back to iOS. Instructions on how can be found here at the SDV wiki
