I installed a bunch of BFAV mods, though it's been a little while, so I can't remember if that's what caused it or not. I installed the fennec fox mod, which seemed to require Trent's raccoon mod. I then tried installing a fix for the fennec fox mod where the mod author said something about preventing the game from saving in the description. https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/7832?tab=description
However, when I deleted the raccoon mod, the fennec fox mod, and the add-on for the fennec fox mod, it still softlocks when trying to save.
