iOS Game keeps crashing

Hi,
i dont understand what’s wrong with the app. It keeps crashing both on co-op and solo. It has happened three times in the mines. And then just a couple times just walking around. my version number is 1.6. I have an iPad 26.1. :( please help!

Is it the Apple Arcade version or the standalone one? What's your exact version number? 1.6.15.? Did you check for a update? Did you try reinstalling?

it says build 24354. It's the standalone version. There are no new updates currently :( and I willl try reinstalling it

question: if I delete it, will all my progress be deleted as well? or would I be able to get it back perhaps?

So, I deleted it a downloaded it again but it’s still crashing when i go into the mines when I’m in co-op. And now, it won’t let me join co-op at all. It just says: connecting and then connection failed :(
