Windows Game Keeps Crashing when i try to play my first save (new player)

Hi, I've owned stardew for a while but never played it on my PC. I went to make a save today and every time i load it up it varys from letting me pick up the parsnips and maybe clearing a bit of my yard or it just crashes when I try to move out of bed. I have tried verifying my files, updated my graphics driver, gave it high priority, and tried running it in windowed with administrator. I'm at a total loss of what to do since this game does look like fun but even my relatively high end PC just cant run it?

Hey, so sorry for the late response.

This seems to be some random and rare bug, and the dev team is now currently looking into it. Do you know what kind of monitor you're using & what resolution it is?
