Solved Game freezing and controller not working in 1.5.5

Im experiencing some issues with my game (possibly) after the new updates:

- Most of my mods don't seem to be working, i figured it was because content patcher was outdated and i updated it but:
- Now my game freezes and stop responding in the finding your saves screen
- The game doesn't recognize my controller anymore (this is also happening in vanilla so idk who's at fault)

Can anyone help?

Consider updating these mods to fix problems:

SMAPI	3.13.0 → 3.13.1
Ace's Hairstyles for Get Glam	2.0.4
Content Patcher + [CP] Life Cycle - Craftables	3.3.5 → 3.3.6
Content Patcher Animations	1.1.12 → 1.1.13
Custom Companions	1.7.2 → 2.0.0
Generic Mod Config Menu	1.4.2 → 1.6.0
Health Bars	1.9.0 → 1.9.1
NPC Map Locations	2.6.6 → 2.7.1
Ridgeside Village	2.0.2
Ridgeside Village SMAPI	1.2.16 → 2.0.2
Stardew Valley Expanded	1.13.13
Tractor Mod	4.12.2 → 4.14.7

Also, install TMXLoader from HERE
Completely delete SpaceCore and Generic Mod Config Menu and then re-install them.

After you have done all the above, try to run the game and load your save. Please upload a new SMAPI log and share it here.

The controller issue sounds like it may be something separate. Let's get the game working first and then we can look at that.
