Issue Game freezes when loading new areas after 5:00

I'm currently on day two of my first modded save and the game keeps freezing when I go through transitions after 5pm; the screen fades to black but it doesn't fade back like normal. When I try to do anything when the game is frozen like this it crashes. This has happened three times now.

Removing ridgeside village and antisocial npcs seems to have fixed the issue. Kind of sad that this is preventing me from using them.
