Issue Game failing to launch (fixed)

Hi I recently got a new pc and have been transferring everything over including stardew and mods. I've tried launching the game a few times and using the log parser to help figure out why the game keeps failing but even though I've updated all the mods I can and made sure I had latest versions of Stardew and Smapi the game is still failing to launch and I don't understand why. If someone could help I'd really appreciate it!

Yes I re-downloaded it through steam

Everything seems to be working now! I read another thread that had similar issues to me and it said to run an integrity check on the files through steam and it seams to have worked since I've finally gotten to the loading page when before it wouldn't even open and would fail on the smapi page!
