Moke the farmer

Hey guys. So, I've been playing on the same save for over 5 years (I started playing on it in 2019) and then last month I needed to change my phone. I saved the folder with my save on my drive and waited until my new cell phone arrived. It arrived and I installed Stardew Valley again. When I opened the game, it didn't ask where my folder with the old save was, so I decided to put the folder in the game files manually, but my save didn't appear on the load screen.
I also tried creating a new farm with the same name and then, in the files, exchanging the files from the new save with the files from my saved save. When I did this procedure, my save appeared on the load screen, but when I play, the game crashes or returns to the title screen.
can anybody help me? Stardew Valley is my favorite game and I didn't want to lose these 4 years of gameplay due to a bug. =(
1° edit: My game is original, I bought it in the PlayStore.
I will be attaching my save here in the thread.
