About a month ago, my game started crashing when I tried to go to sleep to save. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps for this specific problem, but it's still crashing. I'm on day 18 of summer in year four, and I just got the prompt to adopt my second child (which I agreed to). I made a second save, and this problem is NOT happening. I have 90 gb of space on my PC so I don't believe that is the issue either. My save is NOT corrupted. Any help is much appreciated!
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I do not get a tally when I sleep. I get a few seconds of black screen -- no loading in the corner or anything -- and then the game crashes.
