Switch Game Crashing Help

I’m on year 5, and i’ve tried to file for divorce and the game keeps crashing. I’ve tried restarting my switch, closing the game, and i’ve had to re do the same day 5 times. I don’t wanna be married to alex anymore. how can i go about it? I’ve even gifted a bouquet to sebs, which is who i want to marry, but i’m stuck with alex. Can this please be fixed.

The same thing has been happening to me when I try to divorce Sebastian. The game on Switch crashed four times as I went to bed that night. I tried the day without filing for divorce and it saved normally and started a new day. I filed for divorce and it crashed when I went to bed.
