Issue Game Crashes when joining co-op

Hi, been playing with my girlfriend for a couple days and all of a sudden my game crashes every time I try to rejoin her farm. It started happening after I was going through furniture in the CJBItemSpawner menu. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
