I followed instructions on how to transfer the save file from the Files app to my Mac, and placed it in the ~/.config/StardewValley/Saves location. When I load the game up through Steam, the save file shows up but when I click and try to load the save game, the game crashes. I have checked all the old threads, solutions and everything, tried deleting the last save, re-install the game but no luck 
. Any suggestions please, I have five years in game so really do not want to start over.
