Mac Game crashes most of the time when opening on M1 Mac

Hi!

Whenever I try to open the game on Steam, it usually will refuse to open and crash multiple times, needing to click play again until if finally launches successful. No stability issues after getting into the game.
This happens on a M1 MacBook with Ventura 13.6.9, game version 1.6.8 unmodded. Also using a controller.

Update to macOS 15.0.1, it may resolve this issue. I’m playing very smoothly
