Switch Game crashes after filing for divorce

I play on the Nintendo switch, I've tried to file for divorce and when I go to bed for the day the game crashes. I tries 3 times and same result. Would this be able to be patched?

I’m having the same problem…about a week now

This just happened to me, I thought I was never going to be able to go to the next day again...

I was trying to get all the portraits from the villagers.

Guess I am now trapped with Shane forever
