Android Game Crash

The app randomly keeps failing super often and crashes, kicking me out without any save process which makes me have to restart the day. I save backup constantly to try and prevent it but sometimes it'll crash multiple times within minutes
App version 1.6.14.10
Played on Moto G Play, android app store

Maybe is a problem of RAM even if the game require 1GB and it depend on how much you are zoomed cause if you zoom out too much the game start to lag.
