Just as the Title says, after I got disconnected from the server in a co-op while trying the Forge for the first time, I have left the galaxy sword, and primastic shard from the two slots of the Forge, then I got disconnected while doing so, when I got reconnected I respawned at the same spot, and the Galaxy Sword, and Prismatic Shard never came back from my backpack.
