Flashing community center icon for traveling cart

Kind of similar to when you're in your inventory or a chest, I think it could be nice to have that icon when in the traveling cart to make it easier to know if it's selling anything you need for any bundle!

We NEED this. I cannot even count the amount of times I have checked the traveling cart, didn't buy anything, then realized that I needed exactly what they had.

I was playing last night and did the familiar action of closing their shop window to open the cc window because I was fairly sure an item was one I needed and wouldn't reasonably get soon any other way. It would be a nice shortcut for those of us who've played multiple remixed bundle saves and can no longer recall which bundles this specific save got. ^_^
