Xbox Fish Collection Problem (Cave Jelly)

When I ship cave jelly it doesn’t show up in my fish collection and it’s the only one I need to complete it. I already shipped it three times. Help or any suggestions? Thank you.

You don’t need to ship fish, you only need to catch them. Can you share a picture of your fish collection?

Speedy reply btw. Much appreciated. Sorry that’s what I meant. I’ve caught cave jelly like maybe 5 times and it doesn’t pop up in my fish collection.

Yeah that’s weird, it should definitely show up. Where did you catch it? Which fishing rod do you use? What version is your game?

That’s a good question. Now that I think about it, I think I’ve only got them from my lava eel pond. I have the advanced iridium rod but before that I was just using the iridium rod. Let me try catching a cave jelly in mine 60 and I’ll get back to you. How do I check the version I have cause Ik it’s 1.6

Ah, that explains it. Fish you get from the ponds don’t count, you need to actually catch them with the fishing rod.

The best chance for the cave jelly is on level 100 with a high luck bonus (not from the day, but from the food).
