iOS finished museum collection but don’t have 8th rarecrow

Hi,
I’m missing the 8th rarecrow even though I have completed the museum collection??? I want to craft deluxe scarecrows so I can get perfection but I don’t have the recipe, because apparently I haven’t found all the rarecrows (all the other ones are sitting in a chest so I definitely haven’t missed a different one)
I’m playing on mobile, has anyone else had this issue or any ideas how to fix it.

Which one are you missing? Did you buy the one from the casino?
