Issue Festivals can't display options.

I'm not quite sure if it's because of the mod or the game itself.

I'm playing on Steam using Windows, and the current version is the latest 1.69, with SMAPI updated to the latest.

I'm talking to Lewis during Dance Of The Moonlight Jellies and can't get the options dialog to show up.
