i’m partial to the chickens for no reason haha! my favorite is my oldest, he’s a fat white one named polpo. irl, i love cows and ducks, so i guess they would be next on my farm animal favorites list.

This is really hard as I like all the animals for different reasons. But I gotta go with Rabbit for overall coolness:

Wool for Cloth
Feet for Luck buff (truck driver), Enchanters Bundle, and almost-universal loved Gifts (sans Penny)
Quiet, the incessant mooing and bleating can drive one mad
Body part regeneration (I have a Bunny who's given me 5 feet and can still hop about-- more in-game magic!)


Other animals provide necessary things but Rabbits provide coool things

It's not on your list but there's no doubt that it is an animal, and it is my favorite one by far:

The Horse. Such a game changer to have it available, such a trustworthy steed, such a fashionable wearer of hats. It's just perfect.

Likewise, the horse is such a staple of the game, even when it's more annoying than not I love having the little ridable hat stand around and his messages wondering where I've been pop up

Ducks!
They swim (I've seen up to six in the water at once). They quack. They drop pretty feathers that multiple characters like or love. Their eggs make better mayo. They start off as adorable ducklings. What isn't there to love?
