Favorite Stardew clothes?

What are your favorite hats, shirts, boots, and pants in the game? There's a lot of options to choose from!

There are so many nice shirts in the game, but I always go for the skull shirt - It fits my style really well. I also like the goodnight shirt and letterman jacket.

I can't choose a favorite hat, but my top three are the cat ears, witch hat, and garbage hat!

I don't care much for the pants and boots. I just wear black pants with space boots (since I never got lucky enough to get better boots lol).

I'm away from my Stardew save but there is much to write here. First off, if you like a particular pair of Boots/Shoes you can Tailor one pair onto another to reskin them. So I have my favorite Cinderclown Shoes Tailored over to look like:

Crystal Shoes (worn from the Flower Dance thru the Stardew Valley Fair)
Emily's Magic Boots (worn on Emily's and Sandy's Birthdays)
Firewalker Boots (because dark red is baddd)
Dark Boots (because black goes with everything)
Work Boots (because @sameperson_differentfont )

But Really it's the Shirts and Pants and Hats that make any outfit, and there are millions of different combinations.

For Hats I like

I like the heart shirt, it matches my new wicked kris.
And the skull shirt, it matches the shirt from zombies ate my neighbors.
And the buffman shirt, idk it's real name, but my character wears it while lumberjacking.

I have no idea which hat I like. Usually I find myself running around with the copper pan on my head anyways.

I surely love Deluxe Pirate Hat and black Pirate Hat. They have to be the only headpiece gear with gameplay functionality (pirates at the cove treat you to alcohol and identify you, as one of their own)!

Then, Prismatic Shirt with amulet and Prismatic Pants.

Close second, is Dinosaur head and pants and the shirt sewn from Jade.

I've lately been a fan of tank top, shorts, and daisy, which goes very nicely with the mullet and moustache look IMHO.

That said I'll always be a fan of the mystery shirt, and come winter I sometimes don a red hoodie to match with my husband Alex.

And of course for three days every spring the answer is "Whatever Emily and/or Sandy dress me in".

Fashion Show!!

I waited an extra day because I wasn't feeling all fashiony last night but this is a new day and it's clothing time! I apologize in advance for too much overload but you mostly knew what you were getting into!

Right now it's not Fashion time for Farmer Bobbi, it's beginning of Summer Year 6 and she needs need something functional for the heat. And approved by Emily. Who has opinions on what is reasonable for Bobbi to wear out of the house. So right now it's:

Green tank top and "Mardi Gras" pleated skirt

This is enough to please Emily and for now Bobbi will stick to the dressing room in Emily's Clothing Shop for this show, and swap out the outfits on display there and a few from the mannequins in the Farmhouse. All these are previous outfits from this playthrough with one exception.

Newest is this Winter Formal outfit that was worn the most recent Spring as it's inspiration was only recently found and posted it to my feed here. This is a pale imitation, for shame.

The Tie Dye Shirt is a recent find and only available as a rare drop in the game so it's a coveted piece of clothing

This is worn when Bobbi's lookin for answers or in a mood to pick a bone with someone. Emms likes to flip the hat off Bobbi's head whenever possible as she can't take her seriously this way.

Strolling in the park hand-in-hand with Emily requires the most delicate of outfits

But when some muscly work needs doing, Bobbi wears her Green Machine outfit. And usually asks someone (named Emily) for help as her muscles are totally there but annoyingly hidden behind some very useful insulation stored up for Winter. Which persists into Spring and Summer and...

The Frog Queen totally has her own Stardew Festival but it always seems to happen at Ginger. When nobody's there. Mysteries abound in life.

The Pink Sorceress' clairvoyance oddly extends only to seeing right through Rasmodius' continual series of tall tales that accompany descriptions of his wizarding power. The Junimos refuse to talk to him. For a reason.

The Tiger Hat was Farmer Bobbi's unobtanium for 3 years. And then she got a second in a week. Such is the nature of things.

The Dark Lady is full of mystery. Or at least that's what Emily says when they just happen to come across each other in shady places. Totally by chance, the world is random that way when you plan accordingly.

Casual spring wear is justified for jaunts to the newly planted and managed forest at the Train crossing. Bonus points for getting lost and impossible to find again between the moss-covered Trees.

Yeah. Green. Spring. Have you seen how many green shirts there are? And lotsa them are cute! Look Farmer Bobbi forgot every year for 5 years to get this hat until Spring Year 6! She's wearing it.

But it's summer now and Bobbi needs something cooler to wear during Tuesday workouts with the crew at Caroline's, lest she melt into a puddle and that's only supposed to happen when Emily's around.

The smart Zuzu shopper tries not to look like she's from a small village. But once she starts gawking at the prices, the mystery is shattered.

The Dangerous Mines require harder headwear but nothing so garish as that ugly yellow hardhat. A nice metal-lined bowler does the trick and complements this dark ensemble beautifully.

Summer requires cute swimwear and Bobbi has around 30 swim outfits of various colors. 2 years ago Emily convinced her to model said outfits at Ginger for the whole summer to advertise the opening of their new store. In spite of Bobbi being in her maybe just a little not stick-thin era at the time. Which continues to this day.

However Bobbi prefers the island vibe of a simple Grass Skirt and Coconut top to the flashier swimwear choices Emily came up with.

But sometimes you gotta let your true colors shine through and Bobbi is nothing if not a fool at heart. And often brain. If this fool ultimately won Emily's heart, then a fool she will stay.

However sometimes you need to speak to someone on their own terms, even if they don't understand it themselves at first. So Farmer Bobbi's very favorite outfit of all is her Emily Outfit. No, not the one for her from Emily's 14 event but rather the one inspired by Emily's family ancestry, or at least what Bobbi suspects is Emily's ancestry. That story has not been written yet but it's been developing for a long time now. Perhaps one day I'll commit to finishing it.

Dread Pirate Sparkle Queen Bobbi is the scourge of the eleven-ish seas and all shall fall beneath her blade. Mostly because they never actually get cut, instead blown over by the vortex winds created by her uncontrolled windmilling about.

For ages I rocked the wonderful top hat/bomber jacket/mayor lewis' gold trimmed lucky purple shorts combo which was absolutely a fashion statement

I always pick the charlie brown shirt first, because it's distinctive and helps me find my character at the beginning of a new save when I don't remember what I look like yet. From then on, I swap outfits to match whatever shiny new fashion statement falls out of a tree. Sometimes I'll get something new on purpose, but normally I'm rocking tree-wear.

Exception - once I get purple shorts, I'm always wearing purple shorts.
