I would like if you could de-upgrade your house, if you change your mind about it, and if you could change how it looks on the outside, like that you could for example make a house with the 1st upgrade look like it haven't been upgraded. But you probably shouldn't be able to make a house that has never been upgraded look like a max-upgraded one. It would also be cool if you could do the community upgrade with giving Pam and Penny a real house, and others if any others would be added, without having to upgrade your house to the max, because i don't really like how the max-upgraded house looks, and i think it is too big on the outside.
