Issue Farm map mod showing old map underneath?

I was using the Memory Farm mod I edited a bit myself (just removing some barrels) successfully for some time. Stopped playing SV for a little bit and came back to find the original farm layout showing underneath all the trees etc. I've updated SMAPI and still have the issue - has anyone else experienced this? I haven't been able to find a fix after a good few hours searching

changeing your map file in the same save doesn't remove the items on your farm. You'll need to reload old map and destroy/remove stuff. for the bushes you'll need Entoarax Framwork, use the world_reset bushes command once you load new map again
