Solved Event Overlap

On my current file, Sam showed up on the farm promoting his eight heart event, but today is the Feast if the Winter Star. Is this a bug or just an unfortunate coincidence? Can I see Sam's eight heart event on a different day?

Yeah, It just happened to me the lecture reading of Elliot overlaped with the 27th of fall festivity.
I guess I can go see the book reading the next day. I hope~
