Issue Error message appearing when I run the Modded API.

I've never encountered this error before. I've done all the steps until this point correctly, but I don't know how to fix this problem.

Generally speaking a full log is preferred via: https://smapi.io/log

However, your screenshot shows you're using SMAPI 3.11 which is quite old. I'd first try updating SMAPI, and posting a new log.
