There's a way to install 64-bit Stardew, there's instructions on the wiki and the installer is here on the forums under Mods. This will let Stardew use all the available memory on your computer. This will solve the problem.
Also, while you're at it, some of your mods are outdated and updating them is probably a good idea, but that won't solve the problem on its own.
