Error from TMXL Map Toolkit

I recently updated my game and all my mods, but now I’m encountering an error with the TMXL Map Toolkit every time I launch. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the file, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on how to fix it?

If there are no new versions, then you may need to remove these mods
